"Crafting with Your Inner Child" is a workshop series for adults to explore the crafts of their childhood, from classics like friendship bracelets to 90's staples like Shrinky Dinks and Melty Beads. Teaching kids' art classes for many years, I noticed the curiosity and longing of some of the adult chaperones, watching wistfully while their children made a craft that THEY wanted to make. (Or sometimes, neglecting their child entirely to indulge in the project themselves.) This series was created for those adults—to nurture their Inner Child, reconnect with themselves, meet other in their community and indulge in the collective nostalgia of it all.

This series operated monthly at Rohi's Readery in West Palm Beach, FL from March 2023 - June 2024, and continues as a pop-up event at different locations in Los Angeles, CA.
