The Bohemian was a monthly, collaborative publication created by a group of Kansas City Art Institute students from 2012 to 2014. Focused on connecting KCAI students with the greater Kansas City art scene, the Bohemian featured articles, interviews, artwork, and event calendars about the arts, culture, and social issues. In 2015, the Bohemian was elevated from a DIY zine to a high-gloss magazine edited by myself and my late long-term partner and collaborator, Nicolas Gogan.
